Yes, we offer free pickup.
You can collect from our stores located in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane.
Please contact our store before picking up the goods to confirm that your order is ready.
For online orders, the confirmation and receipt will be automatically emailed to the nominated email address, please double check the spams incase the security level of the mail box is high.
Please feel free to contact any time if the duplicated receipt is required, we will email it to you accordingly.
Ideal barn door will happily assist customers who wish to return or exchange goods purchased from any of our stores across Australia or online.
30 day change of mind returns: you have 30 days after your purchase from Ideal barn door product to lodge a request to return the product for any reason.
With a receipt or tax invoice; Still in its original and saleable condition and packaging, with all accessories included; and has not been used.
Email or phone call orders refunds will be provided via bank transfer (bank details required), online order will be refunded back in the original tender e.g. Paypal.
Unfortunately we cannot offer a change of mind refund or exchange on the following items: Custom-made products, Any product/s specifically cut to size at your request,
if packaging has been opened.
Other returns/Exchanges:
you entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for other reasonably loss or damage. We will accept product returns and provide you with a replacement, refund or repair where:
The product is faulty or is not of acceptable quality; or
The product is not fit for its intended purpose; or
The product does not match its sample or description.
We recommend you retain your receipt, as we may require proof that you purchased the product from us. Our Team Members will be able to advise you whether a refund, exchange, repair or replacement is available, and may record your proof of identification when processing a return without proof of purchase.
We are trying our best to make sure all the standard items are always in stock. How ever if the items are out of stock please contact customer service to check the lead time and process back order if required.
